1967 - March 15, 2025
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Lisa Margaret Welch (née Lynch) on March 15, 2025, at the age of 57.
Lisa was born in Marlborough, Massachusetts in 1967, but called Palm Beach County home for most of her life. Her warmth and generosity touched the lives of many, and her legacy of compassion will live on through the countless people she loved and cared for.
Lisa began her career with Home Depot, but it was in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) where she truly found her calling. Her caring spirit and unwavering dedication made her not only an exceptional caregiver, but also a trusted friend and companion to her patients and their families. Her ability to bring comfort and light in the most difficult moments is something that will never be forgotten.
Lisa is survived by the two great loves of her life-her devoted husband, Richard, and her beloved son, Trace-who were her pride and joy. She is also survived by her loving siblings: Bob Lynch (Julie), Kathy Branham (Don), and Maureen Lynch, as well as her cherished best friend, Shelley, who was like a sister to her. Lisa will also be deeply missed by her nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her mother Julia, whose love and influence shaped her into the remarkable woman she became. She is also preceded in death by her father Robert.
A funeral service to celebrate Lisa's life will be held on Saturday, April 19th at 11:00 AM at:

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Lisa's memory to the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, in hopes of bringing comfort and healing to others in the future.
Lisa's love, laughter, and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
