Lorene Mullinax Obituary
STARTEX, SC-- Lorene "Rene" M. Mullinax, 57, of 45 Chestnut Street died Thursday, September 20 at her home. She was the daughter of Myrthice "Mickey" Maki McGuigan of Spartanburg and the late Joseph John McGuigan, Sr. and the wife of Forest Mullinax of the home. She was a member of Wellford Baptist Church and retired from Mountain View Family Practice in Greer.
In addition to her husband and mother survivors include three sons Mark Charles McCall III of Elgin, SC, Paul William McCall of Spartanburg and Michael Chad Mullinax of Gaffney; two daughters, Carlee Hoene of Lyman and Mary Christine McCall; three grandchildren, Stephen Scott McCall, Keefer Gene Burch and Cody Holland Hoene, two brothers John McGuigan of Greer and Joe McGuigan Jr. of Spartanburg; and a sister Patrice Ann Corn of Roebuck. She was also preceded in death by a daughter Mary McCall Garner.
Services will be 3:00 PM Sunday, September 23, 2007 at the Wellford Baptist Church with Rev. Allen McWhite, Rev. Michael Turner and Rev. Bobby Henderson officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Saturday at Stribling Funeral Home.
Memorials maybe made to the Rene Mullinax Fund at Wellford Baptist Church, 235 Syphrit Road Wellford, SC 29385.
