The funeral service for Lorissa "Lou" M. Bellikka, 19, Aberdeen, will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at Odde Arena, Aberdeen with Dale Schlecht and Lorin Lehtola officiating. Burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen. Lorissa died Friday, May 23, at St. Alexius Medical Center, Bismarck, ND, as the result of a vehicle accident near Bowdle, SD. Visitation is 6:00-9:00 p.m. Tuesday at Old Apostolic Lutheran Church 1223 4th Ave. SW, Aberdeen and from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Odde Arena on Wednesday Arrangements: Spitzer-Miller Funeral Home. Lorissa Marie Bellikka was born February 24, 1995 to Brian and Michelle (Simonson) Bellikka in Aberdeen, SD. She grew up and attended school in Aberdeen, graduating from Central High School in 2013. After graduating, Lorissa spent six months with her grandparents in Duluth, MN. She then moved to Battle Ground, WA for the last six months to be near her sister RyAnn and brother-in-law, Michael Muonio. Lorissa worked as a caregiver at Touchmark, Assisted Living in Vancouver, WA. Lorissa was a life time member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church. She was dearly loved by her family and many friends. She was known for her bright smile and caring nature. As the result of an automobile accident, Lorissa left this life in living faith along with her beloved infant niece Rula Lou Muonio and brother-in-law Michael Muonio. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arvo and Ardis Bellikka, uncle, Roger Bellikka, and her cousins, Derek Bludorn, Evan Berg and Angela Simonson. Grateful for having shared Lorissa's life are her parents, Brian and Michelle Bellikka, Aberdeen, her sisters, RyAnn (Bellikka) Muonio, Battle Ground, WA, Jenna Bellikka, Aberdeen, five brothers, Lan, Riley, Drew, Nolan, and Dean Bellikka, all of Aberdeen, her grandparents, William and Jane Simonson, Duluth, MN and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
