Louise MORISSETTE Obituary
It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of Louise Morrisette on May 9, 2017, at the age of 71. Louise will be forever missed by her daughter Brenda Lee Morissette and her granddaughter Kiera Lawrence, whom she loved unconditionally; her twin sister Louisette Jarvis (late Bill) and her daughter Christine Morissette, with whom she shared most of her life; by her brothers Fernand (Pauline) and Aubert (Mireille); a very close friend Viviane Jones; as well as by her nephews and nieces, relatives, former colleagues and friends. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother Pierre (Lucie). She retired from Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada after 30 years of service and moved to Cornwall with her sister and her brother-in- law. Louise will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. The funeral service and interment will be held later this summer in Ste-Sophie de Lévrard (Québec), her hometown. Louise was part of our lives for many years and Bob and I loved her so much. We always said we didn't know another person who was so generous, so loyal, so prepared to do anything and everything for those she loved. We missed after we left Ottawa but I did have a couple visits with she and Louisette at their home in Cornwall. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

I am terribly saddened to learn of Louise's passing. My deepest sympathies to all of Louise's family , especially Louisette and their friend Vivianne. Louise had a wonderful spirit and was a pleasure to know. She will be missed. My prayers are with you.

depuis que j'etait un bebe, tu etait toujours la pour moi n'importe quoi. Les mots ne peuvent pas decrire la tristesse que je sens a tous les jours en savant je ne peut plus te voir ou t'apeller quand je veut. Tu etait ma meilleur amie que je j'aimaient tellement. Je sais que tu est entrain de reposer en paix. Je ferais n'importe quoi pour pouvoir te donner un bisou mais je sais que tu me regardent du ciel. Je t'aime tellement et je pense de toi a tous les jours.

Je viens d'apprendre la triste nouvelle du décès de ta chère jumelle Louise, et j'ai également lu dans le Citizen d'Ottawa. Quel deuil cruel. Sincères condoléances et courage.
