Lucas Michael Dowd

Lucas Michael Dowd of Canaan NH passed away due to unknown causes in his home on June 30, 2017. Lucas was born in Newport News, Virginia on April 23, 1993 . He joins his mother Sherry Charbono Dowd ( 2003) to be in the arms and care of our heavenly father. He is survived by his father Jonathan Dowd of Grantham, New Hampshire and Englewood, Florida. Maternal Grandmother Dorothy Brown of Lecanto, Florida. Brothers Jonathan Dowd of Biddeford, Maine and, Hayden Dowd of Port Charlotte Florida. Sisters Stephanie Seaver of Biddeford, Maine, Sherise Simpson of St. Johnsbury, Vermont., Sasha Longmore of Waterloo, Maine and, Julia Ann of Port Charlotte, Florida. Girlfriend Gabriella Salinas of Canaan, New Hampshire. He is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and, uncles. Lucas's passions include hiking Cardigan Mountain, kayaking, cooking with his father, cheering on the New England Patriots, creating memories with his many friends, family members, and girlfriend. He was always willing to help anyone in need and often put others before himself. His warm smile paired with his infectious laugh will be sorely missed. Lucas's life was just starting with his girlfriend of two years, Gabriella Salinas. They met in Florida working side by side at a local restaurant & continued to work in the restaurant industry together when relocating to New Hampshire. Most recently Lucas was employed at Mickey's Restaurant in Enfield & Dartmouth College in Hanover. His family and friends gathered on July 3rd to celebrate his life.
