Lucille Shack Obituary
Born in Trenton, N.J., she was educated in the Trenton School District and later was a graduate of Trenton State Teachers College. She taught in the Hamilton Township School District and later relocated to Los Angeles, CA where she taught at the LA Unified School District. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Egyptian Court #5.
Daughter of the late George and Luella Humber Shack surviving are her only son, Darryl Shack, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Deloria Shack; 3 grandchildren Aisha Shack, Lauren Shack and Darryl Shack, Jr.; a niece, Maxine Shack; an aunt, Ann Bloomfield; a brother-in-law, Clarence Francis; a sister-in-law, Christine Shack; several cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 2, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Zion AME Church, 36 E. Burlington St., Bordentown. Rev. Jasper Daniels, Pastor officiating. Burial will be in Bordentown Cemetery, Bordentown.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 9-11 a.m. at the church.
