Mrs. Seufert, Greg, and Chris:

I am very sorry to hear about Mr. Seufert's death. I wish you all to know you are in my prayers. He meant a lot to me, and he had a lot of confidence in me, even when I didn't. Who would ever let me drive their car? Mr. Seufert was one of the first people to take me behind the wheel. He was always pleasant when I saw him picking either Greg, Chris, or both up. I always felt very included when you invited me to come out with the boys and my brother. He always took special attention to make sure the boys hadn't driven me insane on a long car trip from FIG or Hawk. He always made me feel like what I had to say mattered, and that he respected what I said and did. He was a very caring individual, and my whole family sends their regrets. If you need anything, let me know. Also, the funeral was very nice.

To The Seufert Family,

I always enjoyed talking with Lud about so many different things during my years in the Purchasing Group at APCI. He made life at work enjoyable and added a refreshing viewpoint to all of the ordinary things in life. It was a bonus for me to know Lud and I'm sure all that met him feel the same way. Treasure the good memories and may God keep you in His loving arms.

Dear Kathy and Family,

Lud was a great guy and my friend at Air Products for many years. We also had some great experiences travelling on motorcycles in New England and Virginia. Lud cared deeply for others and especially the family. The services last Saturday were so well done and also so hard to get through. Your family did a wonderful tribute with the pictures and your greeting of the large crowd. I will pray for you as often as I can to help you get through this and someday we will understand it in another life.

Godspeed to Lud and may he rest in peace.

Lud was a very caring and giving person and I will miss him so much! Lud was brilliant and we knew if anyone could find out information about any topic it would be him. He shared so much with his coworkers at APCI. I worked very closely with Lud as his administrative assistant and he treated me with respect and kindness at all times. May the support of family and friends help you through the days ahead and know Lud will be watching over everyone he loved.

Kathy,

I am terribly saddened by the news of Lud's passing. Although we didn't maintain much contact over the past couple of years, I thought about him on occasion and hoped he was doing well. Since I heard this news, I've often found myself recalling our days at Beth Steel, at Air Products, at your house and mine. He was a good guy and one of the most intelligent people I've ever known. I've said some prayers for him as I will for you and your boys. God bless you.

To the Seufert Family,

Lud was the consumate professional. A true gentleman, highly ethical, and a straight shooter. I have dealt with many clients over the years, but extremely few with the outstanding qualities of your husband, son, and father. In all our conversations, he always spoke of you all with great love and joy. He shared of himself with us all.

Besides sharing the somewhat unique experience of North Phila & Temple U, although in different decades, Lud shared his music and books - I still have 3 CDs he recorded for me - Diane Schuur, Anita Baker & BB King ( in return for loaning him my Diana Krall album). Lud will be missed by all who had the chance to know him.

To Ludwig's family,

He will be dearly missed by all of us at Coupe and Son Auto. Ludwig was one of our most treasured customers and friends. He inspired us all to better ourselves and strive to accomplish all we could. He made us smile everytime he entered our office and we will treasure every memory we have of our time together. Dan will treasure the Saturday coffee with the family this past weekend.

Please let us know if there is anything we can do in this time of uncertainty for you.

Please know he may be gone from earth but will live on in our hearts forever!
