What a wonderful person Senior "Javier" was, I met him in 1986 at the Engineering & Public Works Department, always proud of his Family, his girls and grandchildren.
My deepest thoughts and prayers for all of you during these days ahead. May he rest in peace as he is now reunited with his Lucia.

Javier Lopez was a friend, colleague, professional, family man, correct and respectful, a true gentleman, with so many attributes that it would be impossible to list them all.
I thank God for the blessing of knowing and sharing with my friend Javier.
I am sure he is now enjoying Heaven holding hands with his lovely wife Lucia.
