Dear Magda,
Tomorrow being Mother's day brings a thought of you to mind. I am in touch with your family members and still feel your presence very strong. In my eyes, you have not gone. You are still very alive. You guide us and give us strength from above.
During your time on Earth, you were more Angel than Human, this is why you are there and we are here.
Your children are doing well, thanks to all the support they have, and the wonderful family that makes sure this is so....... but you know that;-)
The beauty of being a GREAT MOM is that our teachings go on way past our lifetimes, So, I am comfortable in wishing you a HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY because you were, and still are a great MOM.

Ci hai lasciato nel piu profondo dolore, sia i tuoi cari, che gli amici, con un grande messaggio da cui tutti dobbiamo riflettere ''offrendo le tue sofferenze a Gesu'', tu cosi piccola e fragile fisicamente, ma grande spiritualmente. Solo una persona speciale come te poteva farlo, soffrendo in silenzio, fiduciosa e tranquilla perché hai creduto nella bonta e misericordia di Gesu. Magda,even though i never met you,i know what your family is going through especially your two little angels,i know that you can`t be there in person,but i also know that from up above you are watching and protecting them and you always will.
I lost my mom when i was sixteen month old,i do not remember her but i know that she guided me through all my life,i always felt her presence close to me and i`m sure your little angels will too.

Cara Magda, oggi è la festa di San Francesco, quel santo che abbiamo voluto festeggiare e onorare, insieme a Giose, Annamaria e tanti altri giovani, sul palco della Chiesa quel lontano 1991. Sono sicura che Francesco si sta congratulando con te per il tuo splendido lavoro di direttrice del musical sulla sua vita "Forza Venite Gente" e per aver aperto molti cuori, tra cui il mio, all'esempio di vita come incarnazione del Vangelo che lui ci ha lasciato. Ad un mese dal tuo trapasso alla vita eterna il tuo sorriso, come sigillo dell'amore di Cristo, mi riempie gli occhi della mente e la tua risatina, le orecchie ed il cuore. C'è un filo conduttore nelle parole di chi ha scritto prima di me: la gioia, la fede e la generosità di Magda erano contagiose. Carissima Magda, ti scrivo solo adesso forse perché non riesco ancora a capacitarmi della tua scomparsa. Non mi dimenticherò mai delle giornate passate insieme (sin dal “summer camp”!!)…le chiacchierate, le risate, e soprattutto quel tuo sorriso che riusciva a sconfiggere ogni timore che mi assaliva. La tua fede mi ha aiutata a trovare la mia fede quando l’avevo trascurata, in un momento molto difficile per me. Non sai quanto, in quei pochi pomeriggi trascorsi insieme, sei riuscita ad aiutarmi.
You were a role model as a person, a woman, a wife and a mother… For this, and for so much more, I thank you, and I miss you!

I had the chance to work with Mme Magda at General Vanier. Together we had planned dances and songs for graduation and had future projects in mind. She always had great ideas . She loved the children and considered each and every one of them as musicians. She will always be part of our memories. My deepest sympathies to the family.

Magda was our beloved music teacher. We had great times the year we opened General Vanier Elementary and the years that followed. She loved her students and thought that anything was achievable, and her hard work and perseverance proved it.The concerts were spectacular, the children were proud and the parents amazed.Magda will be missed.May strength and love help you and your family during this time.

I had the pleasure of having "Miss Magda" as an italian teacher when she was first starting her career, she was kind loving and inspirational all that a teacher should be. Dear Miss Magda,
You taught me to love my music class, you showed me how to use my body to make beautiful music. I will always remember how our 4th grade class at Augustin Roscelli School performed Vivaldi's Four Seasons by clapping and slapping different parts of our body. It was so much fun and it sounded great too. Every time I hear The Four Seasons it makes me think of that moment and of what a great teacher you were.
I will always remember you, for the joy and laughter you brought in our class and even after all these years I still remember your smile and how kind you were.

Words cannot express the loss we are all feeling of Magda's passing. My memories of her are with a beautiful smile (a twinkle in her eyes, of course) expressing her love of music either singing, directing or playing. Fond memories that I have are at her home, a play date, with her children and my own (between the ages of 2 and 4), making music with a variety of instruments.
To Riccardo, Roberta and Gianluca, and to Magda's extended family, I can only imagine the heaviness in your hearts. May God give you strength in this very difficult time. God bless you all!
