Mandy Smith, 37, of Dickson City, died Wednesday at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, after a brief battle with cancer.

She is survived by four children, Mafia, Marcus and Aalyah Turner and Mandalay Valez; her mother, Patty Drake; seven siblings, Robert, Anthony, Laura, Christina and James Lyon, Jessica DePaiva and Michael Fay; nieces and nephews.

The blessing service will be conducted Saturday at noon from Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 89 Farview St., Carbondale.

Visitation Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon.

Online condolences can be sent to the funeral home website.

Mandy, I still can't believe it is true. When ibgears the news, I though people were lieing. My mom n dad are up there you, they will show yo the way. I'm going youwill be waiting to show me my way.
