I only knew you for a short time. I loved talking to you on the phone. You treated me like family and you will be missed like family. May God welcome you to heaven and may you paint rainbows with his angels.
May the lord keep your family wrapped in his loving embrace.
Always know you are in my prayers, and that I love you with all my heart.

Dearest Ahearns and Shapleigh families,
May God bless you and keep you. May His face shine upon you and give you Peace. May you be engulfed, comforted, and strengthened by His Holy Spirit.
Thank you for the honor of lifting up your family.
The photos of you with Marcia speak volumes, most of all, you love her and one another.
Love is the tie that binds.
Cherish your Marcia memories!
Though I missed the privilege to personally know Marcia, she had me at children, cookies, ice cream, and bubbles!
In prayerful love,
Pam:) Doiron (friend of the Shapleighs)

I am deeply saddened to hear of Marcia's passing. We worked together many years ago at the Powderhouse School and at B'nai Brith Temple performing childcare services. We were good friends and enjoyed each others company. Eating ice cream was one of our favorite things to do. We were both artists, and sometimes we would sit out back of the Galleria Mall and sketch people, boats or just trees and flowers. We did a lot of fun things together and I will truly miss her. Hasta La Vista, Marcia.

I remember when I was a little girl I used to go to the city to spend time with my favorite Auntie Marcia (who is also my God mother) and my favorite Uncle Jack. Auntie and I would walk to star market and get these cookies and then go home and eat them with tea. Well when she was sick I bought her some cookies and she ate all the chocolate ones and we laughed at my memory of walking to star market. We would also sit outback and blow bubbles. And whenever we talked on the phone even after I was grown she would always invite me over to mop her floor, because when I was little I used to think it was fun when she let me mop it! I will forever remember my aunties beautiful smile and how she smiled so bright even her eyes light up! R.I.P. Auntie you will forever be in my heart love you!
