Marcus Kelly Obituary
A graduate of Thomas A. Edison High School in Alexandria, Virginia, class of 2000, Marcus was a man of many talents and boundless ambition. He was a fearless entrepreneur who embraced every opportunity to learn and grow. From nursing to dog breeding, he pursued knowledge with passion and worked tirelessly to build a better future for himself and his family.
Marcus had a golden heart. His kindness and willingness to help others knew no bounds. Whether offering support to friends or standing by his family through thick and thin, he was always there when needed. His love for his family was immeasurable, and he cherished every moment spent with them.
He is survived by his beloved wife of four years, Samantha; his son, Makii; his brother, Tommy "T.J."; his sister, Anyssa; and a large extended family of cousins, aunts, and uncles who will forever hold him in their hearts.
A memorial service will be held on March 29, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Pope Funeral Home Forestville Chapel, located at 5538 Marlboro Pike in Forestville, Maryland.
Marcus's legacy of kindness and perseverance will continue to inspire all who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to those who mourn his passing.
