To be interred together at 1:00 pm on June 16, 2025 at the South Florida National Cemetery US Naval veteran John "Jack" Kennedy Connors and his wife Margaret Mary O'Gorman, late of Deerfield Beach, Florida. Margaret, age 90, passed February 6, 2025 on Merritt Island and was predeceased by her three younger O'Gorman siblings Gerald, Daniel, and Josephine (Kane). Margaret was born September 5, 1934 in Queens, New York to Daniel O'Gorman a native of Lismore, Waterford, Ireland and Josephine Prendergast. Marge worked in the city at Pepsi-Cola before getting married and enjoyed a good sense of humor, and creating many arts and crafts over the years especially French beaded floral arrangements.

Jack died November 7, 2002. He was born June 19, 1931 in Brooklyn, New York to Louis Joseph Connors and Agatha Kennedy natives of Newfoundland. He had 4 siblings Robert (Helen Keane), twins Jean (Walter Tomitz) and Louis Joseph (Margaret Esser), and is survived by his twin James Connors (Nancy Pullman). "Jack" served in the US Navy during the Korean War and was a Social Worker in Suffolk County NY for more than 25 years. Jack was a graduate of Seton Hall in New Jersey, was an avid reader of military history, a Mets and Giants fan, and grew up playing stick ball in Brooklyn with his older cousin Chuck Connors, the Rifleman.

Jack and Marge married June 16, 1956 and resided in Holbrook, New York before retiring to Florida. Predeceased by one child Geraldine and survived by five Laurie, John Jr. (Sean), Daniel, Louis (Eva), and Joanne (Pete Parandjuk). Six grandchildren Connor, Kira, and Caitlin Parandjuk and Aimee, Garett, and Alyssa Wootton (Travis Pirkl) and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for research to find a cure for ALS.
