Maria Pisaneschi Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on May 22, 2022.
PISANESCHI, Maria 55, was taken from us on May 11, 2021 in New Orleans. She was born in Michigan City, Indiana but spent the majority of her life in Tampa and New Orleans. Maria was predeceased by her parents and her brother and is survived by her half-sisters, half-brother, nieces and nephews. She attended UT, got her masters at USF then moved to New Orleans to pursue her PhD and work as a professor of Political Science. Maria cherished her friendships dearly and those who knew Maria, remember her as the kindest, most generous and loving person who would do anything for those she loved. She will be forever in our hearts and missed by all who knew her.

There is no one like you and there never will be. You are a one of a kind and I´m so grateful you were in my life. You made an impact on everyone you came in contact with. This world was better when you were in it. Now we have to go on without you!! I miss you so much, but at least I have the good memories we created. Love you for eternally. Love Rae

Maria was the friend that had your back, and at times your hair to keep your face out of the toilet!! We occasionally would catch up, always planning on seeing each other soon!!! This is one girl who I can say was a true friend, I´m sorry we never got the chance to hang out again.
