Marie Anne Therese Trudel

Passed away peacefully at the age of 66 years on Thursday, September 4, 2014. Beloved daughter of the late Conrad (1986) and Marie-Louise (1996) Trudel. Dear sister of Herm & Helen, Phil & Cindy. Dear aunt of Tiffany. Therese was a French teacher and librarian at Leamington District Secondary School for 32 years and a member of St. Alphonsus Church, then Immaculate Heart Parish for several years. Following her retirement, she was very active in her church with the Conciliation classes, the Catholic Women's League and as an usher. Therese had many wonderful friends from her childhood, school and church. The family would like to thank the staff of Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare for the tender care shown to Therese and also to the many friends who came to visit her. Visitation will be held at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Avenue (519) 254-3223 on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., with Parish Prayers at 7 p.m. Family and friends are asked to gather at Immaculate Heart Parish, 2153 Parkwood Ave., on Monday, September 8, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m., officiated by Fr. Mike Dwyer. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery, LaSalle. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to a charity of your choice be made in her memory.
