Mrs. Plant was my second grade teacher in 1971 at St. John the Baptist in Buffalo. I fondly remember how kind she was and when I had my tonsils out she came to visit me and my classmates made me cards. May she rest in peace good and faithful servant.

Rest in peace Marie. You were a good friend to me when I taught first grade at St. Matthews School in the 1964,65 and 66. I remember you to Gordy. I wish I had known where you lived in Alden when I was Principal at St Johns School in Alden, I would have come to visit you. (Former Sister Mary Emil)

To Mrs. Plant's family, I was one of her students at St. Francis Xavier on East and Amherst Street many moons ago. The school has been closed for years and the church is a religious art center now. She was a wonderful teacher, obviously memorable. May she rest in peace.
