On Sunday, May 20, 2012 at age 84. Loving husband of Rosina (nee Carlucci). Beloved father of Carlo (Pina ), Giuseppe "Joe" (Maria) and Ronaldo (Cindy). Proud grandfather of Jenna (Danny Palermo), Alyssa, Mario, Michael, Anthony and Ava. Survived by his siblings Natale (Rosaria), Settimio (Maria) and Anna (Aldo). Predeceased by his siblings Domenico (Rosa), Miranda (Giovanni), Giacomo (Maria), Emilio (Enrica) and Modesto (Concetta). Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O'Connor) on Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at St. Anthony's Church, 427 Booth Street on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. Entombment Capital Memorial Gardens. In memoriam donations to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre ( www.ottawacancer.ca ) would be appreciated.

We were very sad to hear of the passing of your dear husband, dad, grandfather.
We have very fond memories of Eugenio. He was a man with a huge heart. We were neighbors for many years and he treated us like family. He loved our children and enjoyed spoiling them. I still remember him carrying our son from school on a stormy day.
Eugenio had a very kind, generous and sensitive nature.
We will miss him.

My sincerest condolences.
I recall, fondly, when your father used to call me 'bum-bo'....it may sound insulting but I know he meant it affectionately. When Joe and I went to high school together, I spent many lunch hours at their home and they always treated me like family. I miss that. He has left us but his life's work lives on, in all of you.
