HOLLINGER, Marisa

It is with a heavy heart and extreme sadness I announce the sudden passing of my beloved wife Marisa Hollinger (nee Sinosich) on Thursday, September 28, 2017. Marisa was loved by all who knew her. To commemorate her, a celebration of life is being held at the Nanaimo Golf Club, on Sunday, November 12 at 1:00 p.m. for all who wish to attend. Please visit the condolence page at

Stephen, we were so sorry to hear of Marisa passing away so suddenly. We often think of the fun times we used to have together in Calgary, before you retired and moved to Nanaimo.

Steve, I just received a note from Dar telling me that Marisa passed away. Needless to say that losing your best friend must be tragic, and my heart goes out to you, sincerely. I know we have not been in touch for many years, but I remember both of your friendships through my trials and tribulations, and all the good times to!

I worked with Marisa many years ago in the Vancouver reservations office of CP Air. She was a lovely person then and it was always a pleasure to run into her during her time at Calgary Airport. She will be missed. My sympathy to her family.
