MURPHY Marita Seamount, Salthill, Galway Died 16th May 2015 Marita's daughter Margaret and sons John, Brendan and Gerard, her daughter in-law Paula, son in-law Brian, her grandchildren, Helen, Ronan, Eoin and Conor, and her brother Toss and sisters Angela, Josephine and Phil would like to thank sincerely everybody who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss. A special thanks to everyone who called to the house, attended the funeral home, funeral Mass and burial. Thanks, also, to everyone who sent mass cards, messages of sympathy and donated to the Galway Hospice charity. A special thanks to our friends and relatives for their support and kindness during our mothers illness. A special thanks to all who cared for our mother especially her GP, Dr. Dan Murphy, the Hospice home and day care teams, and her carers Rita, Amie and nurse Marcella. We would like to thank Fr. Pat Gorevan who concelebrated the funeral mass along with Fr. David Murphy, Fr. John O'Gorman, Fr. Tom Brady and Fr. Vivian Loughrey. A special thanks to Fr. Vivian for attending to our mother in her final days. Thanks to Norman Duffy and Margaret Duggan for the music and singing at the Mass. Also, thanks to David Gibbons for his singing at the graveside. Thanks to O'Flahertys undertakers for their sensitivity and professionalism. Thanks to the gravediggers, Vivian, Dermot and Alan who prepared mothers final resting place. Thanks to the Gibbons family in Shrule for the lovely meal and hospitality after the burial. As it would be impossible to thank everybody individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. A Mass will be offered for your intentions. Marita's Months Mind Mass Will take place on Saturday 20th June at 5:30pm in Salthill Church.
