Today I learned of Gregg Allman's passing and I immediately thought of Mark, a great, great guy who I'd enjoyed working with while in the industry and who was just super fervent in his appreciation for the icons of Southern Rock. In seeking to shoot him an email of condolence in the case of Gregg I was met with the sad news of his own passing..... now many years ago. Thank you to his loving family and friends for sharing this guy with us, he loved you all dearly....with only The Allman Bros coming in that perhaps not close second. Prayers for you all, fond thoughts and memories of a truly beloved Mark Hawley!
