Joyce and family,
I was saddened to learn about Mark. Please accept my most prayerful condolences. Over the years, I grew to know him better while participating in the Science Fairs each year. He was held in the highest regard by students, partents and the administration, particularly since his approach to everything was solid and without flourish.
Additionally, I know I would have had optimum regard for him because he was your choice as a life partner and I don't need to tell you how much I admire you for having had the stability, verve and strength to move forward despite whatever obstacles were in front of you.
Covid has changed much, particularly in expressing our sentiments in person, but, please know our sympathy is no less intense because we cannot be together to share our support for you as you endure the lonely days ahead.

I had the privilege to work with Mark Lange for over ten years during my time at WHS. Mark was an outstanding Teacher and Coach. He was one of the most dependable members of our staff and highly regarded by students, parents and all his colleagues. My condolences, as he will be missed.

Count us in as huge Mr. Lang fans. He had a great heart. Photo is his mustache version 1975 winter training indoors at the old high school. He is surrounded by his famous "distance hogs" who he coached to dominance during that period.

He was one who saw beauty and strength. He brought the best out of people. I remember when he broke both of his wrist demonstrating a backward basketball drill. He never made us do that drill again.
I´m so glad he knew Jesus. We will see him again someday .
Prayers for Joyce and all who loved him.
