Mark Ian Precious memories of our dearest beloved son and only child, tragically killed on the road in 1992.
The police knocked on our door
August twenty-first, ninety two,
They brought one of your socks,
To identify you.
You were dragged under a lorry
crushed, burnt and battered,
On that terrible evening,
Our whole lives were shattered.
Your life and your dreams
Taken from you forever,
And for those left who loved you
Just memories to treasure.
Does the pain ever ease?
Our answer is no,
But then how can it?
When we still love you so.
Loved, missed and longed for every day. Forever heartbroken Mum & Dad. xx
