So sorry and sad to hear of Marta's sudden passing.
I knew her best from Magnum PI, where she made a huge impression and impact playing Michelle, Tom Selleck's wife. Her acting and beauty made such an impact on me, and it has stayed with me for 40 years now.
So it is with a heavy heart that I offer my belated sympathy and condolences to her friends and family.
RIP Marta, you will always be missed, but never forgotten.

So sad to hear of the passing of a quality actress and very underrated, ive just found out and its an utter shock, someone so vibrant and full of life can be taken from us....my mother always said the good die young i can see what she means now, devastated to just find this out now....her playing of Ardra on Star Trek showed the talent she had , she is a great loss and i can imagine that her friends and family have been left with a huge hole in their life .....an angel is in heaven . god bless her she will be missed .

I printed Marta's acting headshots for many years, and knew her to be kind, compassionate, and in love with life (and Sal). She had an incredible career and was someone I, and Hollywood, will never forget.

Just saw her as Ardra in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Devil's Due", and was captivated by her performance. I just now learned she passed this year. Rest in Peace Marta, thank you for all you've done to entertain us these last 40 years.
