Marty, my best friend of the last 30 years or so, you will always be in my thoughts and prayers, even your family. I could say many things, but I will say keep a spot at the barbecue for me when I to come home. You are of just a few in my life that were a joy and faithful friend. God Bless you.

lost too soon,
Always my brother,
Always in our hearts.

Marty and I go all the way back to Monte Vista Elementary school. Skateboards, bikes, and the wonder of exploring the desert in the '60's and '70's.
We lost contact with each other as we became adults, and that is a loss. February 2014 we hooked back up and I want to use this time to express my heart felt desire for you and all of the people we've loved over the years. Take the time, Make the time, to call those you've lost touch with and re connect, We never know.
Marty, Good bye my friend. I'll see you when we get home. Until then, you will not be forgotten.
