Mary Buzzoni Obituary
Mary T. (nee Caliaro) Buzzoni, passed away on December 9, 2017 at the age of 102 ½ years old. Pre deceased by her husband of 60 years Andrew John "Buzzy" Buzzoni in 1995. Mary was born on May 18, 1915 in Tenafly where she lived most of her life. She graduated from Our Lady of Mt Carmel Grammar School and always maintained a close association with that parish. Mary and John lived on a farm and welcomed many visitors to their home, where they delighted many neighborhood children with hay and pony rides. Mary recently lived in Old Tappan, NJ where she was a daily communicant at St Pius X Church. Mary will be remembered for her deep faith, love of family, cheerful disposition and kindness to all. She is survived by her daughter Rosemary Cenicola of Old Tappan and son John and his wife Carol of Galloway, NJ. Also 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Visitation at Barrett Funeral Home, 148 Dean Dr. Tenafly on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass Wednesday, 10 AM at Mt. Carmel R.C. Church, Tenafly. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Tenafly. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Our Lady Mt Carmel School Scholarship Fund or St. Pius X Church, Old Tappan, NJ. For directions visit www.barrettfuneralhome.net.
