Mary Martinez Garcia

At the age of 98, Mary Garcia, our loving Mother, Grandmother and Aunt passed away leaving behind grieving loved ones with their cherished memories that will be carried forever in their hearts. Mary was born to Frank and Leonarda Martinez in Santa Rosa, CA and raised in Sebastopol, CA. She was a resident of Sunnyvale for 75 years and worked at Libby McNeill and Libby as a Secretary for 40 years. At the age of 24, Mary married the love of her life (Al) which she always called "honey". They shared and enjoyed a beautiful life together for 56 years. Spending time with family was what she enjoyed the most. She left a huge part of her in each of our hearts. Thank you for showing us what an Angel on earth looked like. We will always carry her memory in our hearts. Our faith lets us know that we will meet again. She is deeply loved and will be immensely missed. Until we meet again, we love you.Mary is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Al, her dear son, Robert, and her younger brother, Frank. She leaves behind her loving daughter, Mary and Son-in-law Jim, her two grandchildren, Adrianna and Cody, her two great grandchildren, Kianna and Olive, her great-great grandchild, Maya, and her step-grandson, Lance, along with many loving nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to attend a Visitation and Rosary Service on Thursday, January 5, 2023, with Visitation beginning at 5 p.m. and Rosary at 6 p.m. at LIMA & CAMPAGNA SUNNYVALE MORTUARY, 1315 Hollenbeck Ave.,Sunnyvale. Funeral Services will be Friday, January 6, 2023 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at above funeral home then to St. MARTIN'S of SUNNYVALE for a Funeral Mass at 12:30 p.m., and Burial to follow at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
