MARY HUTCHINSON Obituary
WEST PALM BEACH, Florida - Mary Ann Hutchinson, age 76, passed away on September 3, 2023. She was born on October 31, 1946, to the late George J. Lohnes and Mary E. Lohnes. Mary was a Wonderful wife, Mother, Sister, and Friend to many. She had a big heart and everyone she met she made a lasting impression. She was a devoted Boston Red Sox fan and would keep everyone informed of their stats.
Mary was preceded in death by her father-in-law Herbert Hutchinson, mother-in-law Jeanette Hutchinson, brother Lawrence "Bubba" Lohnes, brother John F Lohnes, sister Patricia A Lohnes, brother George Lohnes and his wife Anna, brother-in-law Frederick Ballantyne, brother-in-law Wayne Bernasconi, brother-in-law Herbert "Butch" Hutchinson, and brother-in-law Kevin Hutchinson. She was also preceded in death by her nephew/Godson Frederick"Freddie" Ballantyne.
Mary is survived by her husband of 55 years, Dwight Roy Hutchinson, her daughters Lisa Hutchinson and Anna Tharpe and husband Tony. She was a loving grandmother to Anthony Gargano, Joseph Gargano and his wife Tara, Nicole Gargano, and Adrianna Morris. Mary was also a cherished great grandmother to Anthony Gargano, Isabella Gargano, Isaac Gargano, and the late baby Lawrence Fernandes. She was a beloved sister to Donna Ballantyne, Jane O'Neil and husband Jay, Barbara Bernasconi, Thomas Lohnes and wife Lynne, and Paul Lohnes. Mary was also a dear sister-in-law to Kathy Lohnes and Diane Hutchinson. She will be remembered as Auntie Mamie to many nephews and nieces.
Mary worked in the cafeteria at Citrus Cove Elementary in Boynton Beach until she retired. In her free time, she enjoyed playing bingo, bowling, spending time at the beach, and playing shuffleboard. Mary was also an avid viewer of game shows, especially Wheel of Fortune.
No service will be held at this time. The family will be having a Celebration of Life at a later date to honor Mary's memory. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Special Olympics or Trustbridge Hospice, as Mary loved watching her granddaughter compete in Special Olympics.
Mary Ann Hutchinson will be deeply missed by all those whose lives she touched. Her warmth, kindness, and love will forever be remembered.

Such a sad notification...Mary was always a happy soul. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting next to her as we watched & rooted on our Special Olympics athletes bowling...She was so proud of her granddaughter & got so excited about going back up north for her latest vacation.
