I wish I could have met and known Ida. Just finished reading " The Way Hit Wuz" while staying near Disney World in Kissimmee. As a recently widowed wife of 7th generation descendant Larry "Butch" Barber (thru Mose-Isaac), I have enjoyed reading about what went on in this area back then. We always heard the family stories, but Ida has made is all a clearer history of what actually happened.-Kathleen Shortt Barber
