Janesville-Mary Eileen Rohde, age 85, died on October 11, 2023 at St. Mary's Hospital. She was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin on June 24, 1938; the daughter of Miles Paul and Mary Ellen (Tully) Tierney. Mary met the love of her life, Robert Lee Rohde and they were united in holy matrimony on July 1, 1961 at Immaculate Conception Church in Boscobel, WI. Mary was a servant to the Lord, devoted wife, loving mother and extremely proud of her Irish heritage. She was an avid sports fan, rooting for the Bucks, Badgers, Packers and Brewers. Mary loved to read, travel, go to the movies with her husband and spend time with her sister.

Mary is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Robert Rohde; son, Terry (Virginia) Rohde; 3 grandchildren: Elizabeth Rohde, Sean (Katie) Rohde and Daniel Rohde; great-granddaughter, Avery Rohde; and sister, Jeanne Tierney. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Ryan Rohde.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 10, 2023, at ST. WILLIAMS CATHOLIC CHURCH with Fr. Charles Zabler officiating. Visitation will take place from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Private inurnment will take place at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery. SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY is assisting the family.
