George,
I was so surprised and shocked to hear of Tillie's passing. She was a wonderful lady. I know you were devoted to each other. My sympathies to you and your family.

Many years have passed but wonderful memories will never be forgotten of Tillie, George and the whole family from Tri-County Hospital and yes even Boy Scouts many years ago. You and the whole family are in our prayers. May God Bless the Johengen Family at this time of need.

To all the Johengen family, Ruth and I extend heartfelt sadness and sympathy to everyone as you all struggle to find solace and silver linings during such a painful time. Though we did not know Tillie well, it was obvious what a lovely person she is and how dearly she will be missed - always a warm smile and gentle way for everyone. We hope our thoughts and prayers are especially felt by George, Dan, Debbie, Andy, Sarah, Eric and Monica as these are the family we have had the opportunity and privilege to know personally. God bless you all and may Tillie's warmth and love always stay by your sides, even if from afar.
With warmest love, Mitch and Ruth.

I have very fond memories of Mrs. Johengen from my time in Gowanda and Tri-County Hospital. We were CPR instructors and taught classes at Tri-County Hospital as well as Lakeshore Hospital and Brooks Memorial Hospital. I am saddened by her passing and will pray for the repose of her soul.
