To Matilda's family: I have never met your mom but I feel like I have known her for years. Matilda is a warm, special person who was very patient, kind and understanding in helping us in the oil & gas industry with royalty issues. She was a wealth of information and I will miss the chats that we had. My deepest sympathy to all of you and yours. May you have peace and comfort during your time of sorrow and know that Matilda was precious to many.

Cindy, Lance & Family, I am very sorry for your loss. When I came to Gas Royalty, Matilda was always there ready to help me when I didn't know what I was doing and if she didn't know she would stop everything and go find out. We shared alot of laughs and stories. She was very proud of her children and grandchildern, her eyes would light up when she spoke of you. I will miss her dearly but know that she is in a better place and she will still keep her eye on us from above. To a very wonderful Lady.

Condolences on the loss of this wonderful lady. I had the privilege of meeting her through her role in Client Support at Alberta Enery. She was always helpful and knowledgeable, and had a unique sense of humour that helped me deal with some frustrating issues. She even brought some of her famous brownies on the airplane to a meeting in Calgary for us to enjoy. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Cindy, Lance and family - I am so sorry that your mom passed away. She was a wonderful person to work with. New people on "the desk" quickly found out that if they had a question they could always count on Matilda for an answer. She was so kindhearted. She loved to cook and we all reaped the benefits - perogys and cabbage rolls at the Gas Royalty potlucks, and of course her legendary brownies. She cared about us and we loved her for it. I'll miss her.

Matilda was always sending brownies home for Cory and the kids who just loved her brownies. Matilda was always taking care of people she loved. She will be deeply missed.
