To The Barlow family, It sadden me to hear, about the passing of Mat, he attended The Hartford Public schools, with me and my sister and we always thought, about Mat that's what we called him, Mrs Barlow was one of the sweeties Ladies, Mother , Wife, she had all Boys and often talked about them, Mat will be missed , but not forgotten.
