Matthew (Matt) Schomburg Obituary
Matt is survived by his wife Chantal, and his father and stepmother Jerry and Ronda Schomburg. He was beloved by his uncle Tony (Lana) Novelli and his cousins who are as close to him as siblings, including: Craig (Traci) Lundell and their children Tyler, Samantha and Andrew; Stephen (Colleen) Lundell and their children Kyle and Jessica; Michelle Lundell and her children Stephen, Michael and Alyssa Danhoff. He was also loved by his in-laws Mike and Denise Montsion; brother and sister in-law Pierre and Karly Montsion and their children, his three nieces, Mikayla, Taylor and Kamryn; stepbrothers David (Kristin) and Michael (Linda) Sharp and their children; and many second cousins, including Lisa Snider, who also was like a sister.
He was preceded in death by his mother Karen Novelli and aunt and uncle Corrine and Ken Lundell.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Feeling the loss of you deeply during this holiday season. You were like my little brother and loved like one too. I miss my " out of the blue" texts from you just to say hi. I have so many great memories, especially when you were little and came over with that English accent. So cute, and I was always impressed on how well you knew all the cars on the street. That car loving never left you. You will be missed by many. We will be celebrating your life in Chicago with all the cousins on Friday, Jan. 5 th. Rest in peace little brother.

I had the privilege of having Matt as a manager yrs ago. Our paths crossed again when he moved onto a different industry in publishing. I will always remember his kindness and great sense of humor. May he Rest In Peace and prayers to his family for comfort and strength during this time.

Matt, we all feel your loss so deeply. Not only did I lose a brother, but I lost a friend. Thanks for all the memories over the years. I have so many to look back on.
