Max was my first and best friend when we met at age 5 . He helped and stood with me through hard and good times sharing his love, strength , laughter and generous sweet smile ever since. I will miss him until we meet again. All my love to you Susan and to Stacey , Lee , Kelly, Lauren and Andrew -
