I understand our time on this planet isn't forever but sometimes it seems much too short. Even though we lost touch later I am thankful for the memories we made together as kids. Playing in the woods, our adventures and fun times, catching catfish and sunny's in the creek, exploring, joking around, wrestling, getting in a little trouble at Stoy. I miss those days and think about them more often than you know. That's how I'll remember you always. All the best to you in heaven. I send strength to your family to live on and for them be happy as you would want them to be. You will be missed by many.

So very sorry to hear the news of Max's passing. Max was in my fourth grade class at Stoy Elementary School and I have such fond memories of him. He was such a neat and inquisitive young man. My deepest condolences to his friends and family.

Max,

I moved next door to you 2 years ago and just from our first meeting I can remember telling Lindsay how good of friends we would be. My prediction was right. I'll never forget over those two years the times we had, the bonfires, the time we sat out after that crazy storm ripped 80 mile an hour winds through Medford and uprooted trees and we just grabbed a few brews and threw on burgers and hung out through the night. I'm going to miss how every day I would come home and you would be feeding the animals, mowing your lawn and drinking a beer "the American Dream" as you would call it, or you'd be outside trying to see how close to my car you could get the drone as I was pulling in. We would talk about the most random things and before we'd know it, an hour would pass and April and Lindsay would be summoning one of us in for dinner. So many things to remember in what I feel is so little time, no one will ever have the handshake we had.....I would go in for a shake and we would grab each other's forearms and say, "BROTHERS!" as if we actually were. I want you to know that I'm still here for you now as I was when you were right next door. I'm never going to forget you and your life will be remembered through stories of all of these good times, there's many more stories but not enough space here to tell. Rest In Peace my dear friend and brother.

Our hearts are saddened at the loss of our dear friend's untimely passing. We grew to know Max over the passed year as a customer at our nutrition store. We will always remember his visits and smiling face every time he walked in.
His favorite amino acid drink was called " All Day You May ". His flavor of choice was Southern Sweet Tea. We will keep one on the counter with his name and picture on it in memory of our dear friend.
Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to his wife April, his children Maximus and Molly, his parents and sister. God Bless you all.
I personally will miss all the talks we had in the store and at the gym.
I can guarantee the world is a lesser place and Heaven shines a little brighter now with his presence.
Rest in peace,
Bud and Candis / Spartan Nutrition

Your kindness and bravery will never be forgotten Max. I remember the first time we met thinking, "gosh this man really loves his wife. They do everything together. How sweet is he?" It was beautiful to see how deeply you loved your family. Watching you hold Max brought tears of joy to my eyes. You were the real deal: funny, generous and reliable. I still can't believe you are gone. Rest in Peace Max. We love you.

May God bless & watch over you and your family.
You will be missed by many, your midnight stop in at Central just to say hi, walking the halls of BCIT, driving around Westampton and making sure we were all safe. Your devilish smile and awesome talks with our kids in the halls. GODSPEED my friend, GODSPEED !

I can't believe how someone can pass by you in the halls everyday and give you a great big smile every time they see you, but go away so suddenly. I am a student at BCIT and Max was there for me when I had zero friends and also gave me many pieces of advice. I hope his newly-born twins and the rest of his family know how he's looking over them and that they are protected. Whether they were protected on the streets of New Jersey, BCIT West Tech, or up above. Rest Easy Max, we love, we miss you, we will never forget you..

I am speechless, we love you so much it broke my heart to hear that your really gone, I can't say we shared a lot of memories but we had amazing talks together, when I 1st met you, it was because I was about to get into a fight at bcit but you pulled me aside and had a talk with me about how this is not worth it, from that moment on we always talked about my future and how important it was for me to know what I really want in life, you thought me that life is worth living, you will always have a place in my heart, rest in paradise me beautiful friend, hope to see you again

You'll be deeply missed Officer Max. I will forever cherish the moments we shared at BCIT from our talks of guns, moments of watching funny YouTube videos and the newest radar the Westampton PD is using to catch speeders. You were and still are the best cop I've ever had the privilege of knowing, but you were more than just an officer to me, you were my friend. Rest easy Officer Max. My deepest condolences to his family especially his wife and his beautiful kids that he always talked about. Stay strong and keep pushing forward. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
