Maximilian Swan Obituary
Max was born in Lisbon Falls, Maine on May, 30, 1943, the son of the late Irving and Veronica (Kus) Swan. He was a resident of Maine most of his life. By trade he was a master plumber. Max married Sally L. Jagger on August 14, 1967. They lived in Lisbon Falls and Gardiner, ME for many years. In 2015, they moved to TN to live with their daughter.
He loved the outdoors, photography, the State of Maine, his family and most of all the Lord. He will be sadly missed.
Max is survived by his wife, Sally; as well as his son Maximilian Swan and his wife Stephanie, daughter Catherine and husband Peter Berube, daughter Stefanie and husband Anthony Houde, daughter Elizabeth and husband Benjamin Hood; grandchildren Nicolas Berube & wife Sarah, Solomon, Liam, Uriah, and Anaya Hood; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Anthony Swan and is survived by his sisters and brothers, Lucille Mankas, Catherine Fullerton, Joseph Swan and Michael Swan.
His love for his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was the foundation of his life, and affected how he lived and loved his family and others. He wrote many bible studies and they can be found on his blog http://bibleprophecyandchristianity.blogspot.com
The family celebrated his life privately.

I am so sorry for your loss.
My memory of my uncle Max is being able to climb on him and him lifting me in high the air. He never got tired doing it, he was always fun. I knew it by his big smile. He was a very fun uncle. Love you Max, I will see you one day in eternity.

My brother was the first person who shared with me what it truly meant to be a born again Christian. Even though I didn't become one at first it was his planting a seed in me that I eventually became a true believer in Christ. He was a great brother and friend. I will truly miss him and his great smile that he had.
