I have know Mike since 1967, He lived across the street from me. (Wilshire St, Winthrop Mass.) I would always see His State Trooper Car parked at his house and would always go over and talked to him. Always a Gentleman even when he was just a kid. I will miss you Mike and the laughs we always had! I hope your in a better place, rest in peace. Your coworkers at the Mass. I will never forget how much fun we had working together and hanging out at our BBMann after parties. Your stories from walking the dogs to being on the job were contagious as was your laughter. Thanks for the memories , You were definitely an incredible person and will always be remembered. RIP Brother.

Jackie and family,
In 1985 I was looking to recruit an officer for a career in Ballistics and Jim Toomey recommended Michael who went on to take command after my reassignment and stayed there for many more years. We were the closest of colleagues and we played golf as often as possible, and we would weight lift at the Nautilus Plus in Revere just about every morning before heading into the lab. Michael was a very special person and devoted to you and his children. I am deeply sorry for your loss. I will personally miss him greatly.
Regards to you and your children and all his family,
Ron Scott

Dear Jackie & family,
I have no words that can adequately express my sympathy and how devastated I am to hear about Mike. From the first day I met Mike, i knew a special person had come into our life. I watched him grow in his career and in his personal life. His smile and laughter will always be a part of my memory. His love for you was evident in everything he said and did. He was so proud of Abby and Mickey. It did not matter how often we saw each other or spoke, there was never a lull when we met again. I am so happy we got together in March and only regret that we didn´t see each other more often. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I am going to miss him. He was the best! Love, Deb Toomey
