Michael Costello

Michael Hurt Costello passed away on July 26, 2025, in Cumming, Georgia, at the age of 75. Born on February 23, 1950, in Atlanta, Georgia, Michael spent his formative years in the Sandy Springs neighborhood, where he developed a lifelong appreciation for music, literature, and film.

Michael was the beloved father of Maria Costello and father-in-law to Eric Chevalley. He took great joy in being a grandfather to Allan and Anaé Chevalley. His family circle also included his sisters Christine Costello and Annmarie Aquino. He was preceded in death by his brother John Costello, sister Clare Costello, mother Joann Witt Costello, and father Walter Oliver Costello.
