I grew up in the neighborhood next to Mike. Went to school with him from K-12. On occasion we had classes together and always enjoyed each other´s company. We had different friend groups but Mike was always a joy to see. He always greeted me with a big smile on his face followed by that laugh I´ll never forget. Through the years after high school we lost touch but years later when I bumped into him at a bar he greeted me just the same and took the time to talk with me and ask how I was doing. Before we knew it we´d been chatting for hours. I´ll remember Mike for his genuine and kind nature, always wanting to make you laugh, put a smile on your face. Rest easy Mike.
