HANOVER Michael "Mick" D. Hanover Sr., age 62, of Pickerington, Thursday May 19, 2005, at Grant Medical Center. Born in Columbus to the late Frederick and Dorothy Hanover, on October 5, 1942. Attended Bexley High School, was a graduate of the Kentucky Military Institute and also attended The Ohio State University. He was the founder and C.E.O. of Hanover Signs, Inc. est. 1970. A Promise Keeper and an active leader and member at Trinity Family Life Center. Enjoyed summering at Lake Cumberland, KY, on Signs and Wonders II. Survived by his wife, Carolyn; children, Michael (Terri Forrest) Hanover Jr., Christopher Hanover, Paige (Rich) Langdale, Bryan (Jessica) Hanover, Curt (Rene) Banglesdorf, Kendra (Jason) McNamara; grandchildren, Kelsey, Jacob, Kayla, Brooke, Jack, Elijah, Riley and Alexis; brothers, Ron (Barb) Hanover, Fred (Debbi) Hanover and Robert Hanover; sisters, Peggy Albert and Sharon VanDyke; many nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents and sister Mary Alice VonLunen. Friends may visit Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Road North (St. Rt. 256), Pickerington. The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Trinity Family Life Center, 13475 Tollgate Road, Pickerington, with Pastor Scott Kelso officiating. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
