Michael Huebener Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Sep. 6, 2023.
Michael (Mike) Andrew Huebener (66) passed away on September 4, 2023. Born August 24, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mike was a 1975 Elder High School graduate who subsequently provided military service to his country. He was happiest working on his farm in Friendship, Indiana, fishing and relaxing by the lake, caring for the land, riding his quadrunner through the fields, and exploring country roads on his motorcycle. He enjoyed the peacefulness of the woods and the wildlife that surrounded him. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Virginia (Smith) Huebener, and sister, Nancy Huebener Voegeli. He is survived by his brothers, Jerry (Vicki) Huebener, Steve Huebener, Dale (Christine) Huebener, and his sister, Joyce Huebener Tedrick. He highly valued his lifelong friendships with Tom Smith and Jim Kessler and was a fun-loving uncle to eight nieces and nephews. At Mike's request, his body will be donated to the University of Cincinnati's Department of Medical Education for the advancement of science. No memorial services are planned at this time.

Mike was such a kind person to me. He also made me laugh. Alot. Sorry we did not keep up with each other over the years but our backyard talks as kids will always be memorable.
