MICHAEL MAGRINI Obituary
Age 85, of Plum Boro, on Wednesday, December 28, 2016. Husband of Carolyn (Concilio) Magrini; father of Pamela (Kevin) Graham, Michael (Tracey) Magrini, and LuAnn Magrini; grandfather of Brittany, Chelsea, Chris, Nathan, Taylor, Jordan, and Madison; great-grandfather of Payton and Brennen; brother of Sheila Nardi. Mike was a proud U.S. Army veteran, having served during the Korean War. Friends received Friday, 2-4 p.m. at SOXMAN FUNERAL HOMES, LTD. / ROTH CHAPEL, 7450 Saltsburg Road (at Universal Road), Penn Hills. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to D.A.V. (Disabled American Vets).

occasionally, i would have a coffee out on the road with mike in the mid to late 1970's. he was pleasant company as we would discuss various issues in the country. if i had a question about work at the office he would supply an answer in a friendly manner. mike was a proud man of his heritage and family. also he was proud of his wife and kids and would occasionally tell a good story about his family life. one detail i recall was his wife always had fresh fruit at the table with cantalope coming to my mind in the summer as i also like a good juicy soft one in summer months.

Our sincere condolences to the entire Migrini family during this difficult time. Mike will always be remembered as a positive influence. I consider myself a better person having had the privilege of knowing him during my youth. May The Lord hold you in the palm of his hand as you enter eternity. Until we meet again, thanks for the memories.

my condolence to magrini family. worked with mike from 1975-1985. mike was a conscientious worker. he was a mentor and helpful. can't say same about the majority of fellow co-workers. mike was proud of his wife and kids and heritage. told me many times of fine Italian meals served by his wife. again saddened to hear of passing of a fine man.

I remember a gentleman by this name 47 years ago working at DLCo. He was a very nice fellow always smiling. So sorry for your loss.

Dad, You are the most honest, hard working, caring man I have ever known. The best Dad anyone could have ever wanted. We were all lucky to have you all these years, but it still does not make this any easier.
I know there is nothing you would not have done for me. And I am very thankful for your love and guidance.
I only wish I was half the man you are. Thank you for all you have done for me, Mom, Pam and LuAnn. Thank you for being so sweet to Tracy, Taylor, Jordan, Nathan and Madison.
