Paula and Family,
My good memories of Tony stretch back over 50 years including most of his time at Boeing. I only recently learned of his passing and I am very sorry for your loss. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I just learned of Tony’s passing and I am so sorry for your loss. I enjoyed decades of shred experiences with him at Boeing and was glad to be able to keep up with him in retirement through our shared efforts at the American Helicopter Museum and the helicopter society dinners. It was a privilege to have known Tony for so long and he will be greatly missed.

Paula and Family,
I am so saddened to hear of Tonys passing. Tony was my mentor for over 2 decades and I am indebted to him for all that he has taught me, both in the field of aeronautics and as an engineer. He was a great inspiration for me, and I am so grateful to have worked with him under his wing. I have many fond memories of spending time with Tony, including exhilarating joyrides on a few flights he piloted out of the local airfields, gratifying times in wind tunnel & flight testing, and fun times deriving aerodynamic equations. I will miss him dearly. Sending you healing prayers from my family.

Tony served as the finest example for us all as engineers in the rotorcraft community. I will always be thankful for his encouragement and guidance early in my career, but I will most remember what a great person he was to just be around. Tony could teach you something with just a look or even a few clever words. It was a true honor and pleasure to have spent some time working on a few equations with him- one in particular. He loved math and aerodynamics in a way that few ever achieve. He leaves behind a legacy in a small community of aerodynamicists, where he was a very giving mentor to many young engineers. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, since Tony was just one of those rare, fine people who will be dearly missed. He is a teacher I will not forget.

Paula and Family,
I am deeply sorry for your loss. I will forever be grateful for Tony's kindness and mentorship when he setup tours and meetings for me within the Penn State Aerospace Engineering department. At the time, those experiences truly helped me decide on the direction of my life and pursuits, and that was all thanks to Tony. I will cherish the memories I have of visits when traveling to Penn State and family trips. Tony has always been an inspiration for me and I will miss him very much.
All my love,

Paula and Family,
Our deepest sympathy. We arranged a Mass for the repose of Tony's soul at Mt. Angel Abbey in Oregon. I know Tony would love this quiet, peaceful abbey and we will remember and hold all of you in our hearts then and always! All our love,
Peter and Patti
