Michael Norwood

On August 18th 2022 Michael Norwood passed away peacefully in his home in Barnstead, NH in the company of his wife Rachel after a long battle with cancer. Michael was born in Augusta Maine on July 14th 1968. The son of Louanna Lucas and Timothy Lucas Sr, he was a kind and wonderful man who made the world light up around him. He always had a joke or a story and could make even the saddest person laugh. He was a hard worker always doing everything he could to provide for his family. He had a very kind heart and always went out of his way to help people and to make sure everyone knew they were loved. He was a wonderful husband, amazing father, step dad, grandfather, brother, son, and friend. He is pre deceased by his mother Louanna Lucas of Northwood, New Hampshire and his brother Norman Norwood of Lewiston, Maine. He is survived by his loving wife Rachel Norwood, his two sons Mike Jackson and Scott Norwood, his two stepchildren Nicholas Lounsbury and Madeleine White, his granddaughter Michaela Jackson, his sister Amanda Euber, brothers Robert and Carl Norwood, Timothy Lucas Jr, and father Timothy Lucas Sr, as well as many nieces and nephews. He is deeply loved by all and will be dearly missed.
