Dr. Posner was a wonderful person. He served as an unforgettable mentor and preceptor during my residency at York Hospital. His smile, humor, words of wisdom and encouragement will be forever remembered. My deepest condolences to his wife, family and friends during this time of bereavement - May God's peace bring you comfort during this time.
Feeling my cheek being pinched between his knuckles even now...
Gone but never forgotten, "FLK" loves you Dr P.

My heart goes out to the family. "Doc" was one of the truly "good guys" in this world, a hero in many senses. He brought my son Jarrod into the world and the delivery came with complications. Afterwards he made it a point to spend time with Nancy and I to assure us "all was well".
Later in life we shared PD. He was always there every time we saw each other, to share how "things" were going, what 'meds' we were on and how was I doing. He was there to listen and we were there for each other to talk to, somebody who "really understood". "Doc" was my friend and I will miss him very much.
Welcome Home Dr. Posner

Dr. P was an amazing man and mentor. His never-ending support for the residents and his focus on helping us not just survive residency but thrive during residency was truly inspirational. I will never look back on my residency without thinking about Dr. P's stories and the fun and laughter we shared. My heart and prayers go out to everyone that loved him. We are all better for having had him in our lives and we all mourn the loss of such a wonderful person. My heartfelt sympathy to his family at such a difficult time.

My deepest sympathies are with you and your family at this time of grieving. May God give you strength and comfort at this tough time. I'm sure that he would want all of us to celebrate the good life that he had. We can all be thankful that we had him in our lives and continue to remember him as the great guy that he was.
