Michael Allen Sherman

Michael Sherman passed away at the age of 46 on Thursday, December 29, 2015 in Phoenix Arizona. Michael was a beloved son, brother, husband, father, mentor and friend. Michael is survived by his wife Shelley and their 16 year old son Daniel, parents Charles and Barbara, siblings David, Connor, Kevin, Karen and Cyndi. Michael was well respected by many in the business community and will be fondly remembered from his years of volunteering with Winter Park Ski Patrol in Colorado, serving in the United States Air Force, graduating from Eastern Washington University and mentoring with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Washington, and coaching the Juniors Cycling Team with Rocky Mountain Cycling Club in Utah. Michael enjoyed hiking, biking, skiing, rock climbing and camping with family and friends. A private, family service will be held in Boulder Colorado where Michael's remains will be laid to rest at Green Mountain Cemetery next to his dearly loved grandparents, Erwin and Doris Cox. In lieu of flowers, college fund donations may be made at any Wells Fargo Bank location to the "Benefit Donation Fund for Daniel Sherman in Memory of Michael Sherman."
