LACHAPELLE, Michel (Mike) On October 21,2004, Mr. Michel (Mike) Lachapelle passed away suddenly at age 65. Survived by his loving wife, Louise; his mother, Esthelle; his children, Christian, Jocelyn, Daniel and Jose; his sister, Monique; and brother, Gerald. Also he leaves seven step-children, Alison (Jeff), Corry, Dean, Tanis, David, Yvettte, Candace; and numerous grandchildren , relatives and friends. A Visitation will be held on Friday October 29,2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 29, 2004 at Shiloh Baptist Church 10727-114 Street. Cremation will follow.
