It was with great sadness that I read about Michelle's untimely passing. I worked with Michelle many years ago (around 1985) at Baker-Victory Preventive Services. I have thought of her many times over the years because she was the type of person that leaves an impression. She was so kind, wonderful with clients and a true pleasure to work with. I can still hear her laugh and remember her enthusiasm and exuberance. My deepest sympathy to all of you and I know that your lives were all enriched by having Michelle be a part of it.

Michelle made a direct impact on my professional life as a mental health counselor. She mentored me through part of my internship. During the that same time, her mother was dying of lung cancer. We spoke about Hospice services and challenges of caregiving.

She was the kind of person who spoke the truth and treated people equally. Her sense of humor was welcome. I so appreciated her sense of humor, it was like laughing at a skit from Saturday Night Live.

I gained confidence and reassurance as I developed my therapy style thanks in part, to Michelle. She was my gauge and remains so today. I was lucky to know her as were her clients. I was not aware that she was ill or at Hospice but hope that she and her family received the care they deserved. Michelle, may you be pain free and at peace and your family supported by the same care you gave others.

My heart goes out to Michelle's family. She was a wonderful person. I didn't know her very well...only through my cousin's family, and only saw her at Christmas time. But her warm smile, hearty laugh and sense of humor, and kindness made an indelible impression on me. She will be missed by anyone whose life she touched.

Condolences to The Paolini Family and Friends...A huge part of my life from age 13 until college, best of friends, wonderful memories of Michelle have always lived in my heart. My heart is heavy and I am so very sad to see Michelle leave this earth much too early. As teens we dreamed of what our futures would hold. Michelle accomplished what she held most dear in her heart even back then: A family to love and cherish and be cherished; blessing of friendships and to be a blessing; a profession that would benefit mankind and one she would enjoy.

Beautiful Michelle, you had it all and did it well! Your genuine, kind, and loving spirit lives on in our hearts. ---Donna Ketchum-Blarr (photo in gallery)

Michelle......My beautiful sister in law, I simply cannot imagine life without you in it. Last summer when I was home we had such a wonderful visit together. I will hold that memory with me in my heart for the rest of my life. Your spirit will carry on in our hearts, through Michael and in your two beautiful children who adored their Mom. I know you are with your Parents and Dad now in the arms of the angels. Say hello for me won't you? I'll love you forever my sister.

Dear Michael and children,
Michelle and I grew up together playing Barbies. It was her idea to play in the mud for the first time- we had such fun until Aunt Grace saw us!! We fell in love with The Monkeys and saw "Bobby Sherman" at Melody Fair together. She had a fringe vest, and I had a fringe purse. We were so cool. we spent Saturday afternoons buying 45's and dancing in the basement Saturday night. I will always cherish Michelle and the beautiful memories we have. Her graduation day came sooner than expected, but I know we will meet again. Please know you are in my prayers.

Dear Michael and Family

Michelle was a wonderful person to be around and had a beautiful family. It has only been a month since I sat next to her on Christmas Eve and enjoyed our conversations very much. Everyone there was so happy to see her and prayed that a miracle would happen. We all wanted to believe that.

May God Bless her husband and children at this time of great sorrow and need.
