Michelle Sinnett Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Nov. 11, 2006.
Michelle Lynn Sinnett, 40, of Bellvue, passed away November 11, 2006. Michelle was born April 19, 1966 in Fairfield, Iowa to Ronald and Judy (Luckritz) Young. She graduated from Fort Collins High School. Michelle was currently working as an office manager for Farmers Insurance in Fort Collins. She was an avid outdoorsman, a fly fisherman and a treasure hunter, who could find a needle in a haystack. She would help anyone with no payment needed. She was an animal lover, who was a magnet for strays (both animals and people). Michelle was a loving, caring mother to her sons and became “Aunt Mickie” to every child she met. She was deeply loved by her family, the apple of her father’s eye and the best sister in the world. She was talented and very creative and was always cheerful. She was a person who touched many lives and the memories of her are powerful and fulfilling for all of us. Michelle is survived by her father Ron and his wife, Tracy Young of Fort Collins; her mother, Judy “Ommy” Young of Fort Collins; her sons, Taylor Ritchie and his wife Christie of Fort Collins and Chase Ritchie of Fort Collins; brothers, Jeffrey Young of Long Beach, California, Chris Young “Big Little Brother” and his wife Brenda of Fort Collins; grandparents, Ralph and Millie Wilkinson of Loveland and Ruth V. Romer of Loveland; four nieces, Jade, Madison, Breanna, and Brooke; her God children, Madison Young, Calvin and Tori Bockman all of Fort Collins. She was preceded in death by her husband Jeffery Sinnett and her maternal grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles. Visitation will be held from 4:00pm-8:00pm, Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at Allnutt Drake Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Thursday, November 16, 2006 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 305 E. Elizabeth, Fort Collins, CO. Memorial Contributions may be made to Colorado State University Trial Garden and Gazebo Fund and/or Micky’s Domestic Violence Victim’s Fund in care of Allnutt Funeral Service, 650 W. Drake Road, Fort Collins, CO 80526.
