PECK - Alonzo, Nancy Lynn, 60, State Farm clerical employee and 30 year breast cancer survivor, died Tuesday, December 21, 2010. She is preceded in death by her mother, Charlayne Crow Crittenden. Survivors: husband, J.C.; daughter, Araceli Montoya Alonzo of Memphis, TN; sons, Joshua and Matthew Alonzo of Peck; father, George Crittenden of Overland Park; brother, George Crittenden Jr.; sisters, Constance Owens, Julie Frickelton, Carla Scholl. Viewing: Monday, Dec. 27, 2010 from 1-5 p.m. at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway. Rosary: 7 p.m., Monday, with funeral mass at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010 both at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 1900 W. Grand, Haysville. Memorials: Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
